Emotion Code sessions offer a gentle, focused way to release trapped emotions that may be contributing to emotional or physical discomfort, recurring patterns, or a sense of being held back in life.
By clearing emotional energy that no longer needs to be carried, this work supports the body’s natural ability to restore balance, often bringing a feeling of lightness, clarity, and greater alignment.
What Is the Emotion Code?
The subconscious mind functions much like an operating system, quietly influencing how we think, feel, and respond. Trapped emotions are unresolved emotional energies that can remain stored in the body long after an experience has passed.
These trapped emotions can create energetic blockages that affect emotional well-being, physical comfort, behavior, or overall flow. The Emotion Code is a form of energy healing that works with the subconscious to identify and release these emotional imprints so they no longer interfere in the same way.
This process does not erase memories or alter your life experiences. Instead, it helps remove the emotional charge associated with them, allowing the system—mind, body, and energy—to function more smoothly.
How I Work
As a Certified Emotion Code Practitioner, I facilitate a release process guided by the subconscious. Through gentle testing, we identify which trapped emotions are ready to be released and allow them to clear from the energetic field.
You don’t need to consciously recall or relive past experiences for this work to be effective. Some people recognize what a trapped emotion relates to; others don’t—both experiences are completely normal. The release unfolds at the level your system allows.
Sessions are calm, focused, and respectful of your system’s natural pace.

Heart-Wall clearing sessions are offered as a dedicated form of Emotion Code work.
A Heart-Wall is a collection of trapped emotions formed by the subconscious to protect the heart from emotional pain.
While this protection can be helpful during difficult periods, it may also limit emotional openness, intuition, and the ability to give or receive love fully. Clearing the Heart-Wall can support greater emotional freedom, clarity, and connection.
Heart-Wall work is approached gently and respectfully, unfolding at a natural pace.
Some concerns resolve quickly; others benefit from a series of sessions, depending on what the body is ready to release.
Emotion Code for Animals
Emotion Code sessions are also available for animals. Animals can carry trapped emotions and energetic imbalances, just as people do, which may influence their behavior, recovery, and overall well-being.
This work supports:

- Greater ease and adaptability
- Improved connection between pets and their people
This offering can be especially supportive for animals experiencing anxiety, behavioral shifts, or unexplained challenges. Sessions are conducted with care, respect, and the animal’s well-being as the priority.

What to Expect in a Session
Emotion Code sessions are currently offered via Zoom.
A typical session includes:
- A brief check-in and intention for the work
- A moment of stillness to connect and focus
- Identifying and releasing trapped emotions, one at a time
- A natural closing when the session feels complete
You don’t need to take notes or actively participate beyond being present. After the session, I’ll send a follow-up email with relevant notes from the work.
